How did you become a creator / business owner?

At the start of the pandemic, we were both helping a friend who started a Nashville hot chicken pop up. We were there every weekend for about 6 months and during that time, we created a vegan version of the sandwich. After a year passed, we started our own pop up drawing from food from our cultural backgrounds.
