How did you become a creator / business owner?
At the start of the pandemic, we were both helping a friend who started a Nashville hot chicken pop up. We were there every weekend for about 6 months and during that time, we created a vegan version of the sandwich. After a year passed, we started our own pop up drawing from food from our cultural backgrounds.

Any advice for new BIPOC business owners?
Starting a business is going to be hard and it takes a lot of time and resources, but the key is to keep pushing through. Don't give up after a difficult situation because in the long run, it helps you grow and build experience for what's to come!
Biggest hurdle in running your business?
The biggest hurdle in running our business is marketing. Since our product is something completely new that we created, we're still trying to figuring out who our audience is.
Favorite part about running your business?
Our favorite part about running our business is not only being given the opportunity to meet new people, but to continue to build relationships with some of them. We've been blessed to connect with such amazing customers and peers who support us!
